If you're looking for tasteful renovation or restoration inspiration this month, check out this native Detroit home. Beautifully finished and on the market for $525k including a charming pool. The rooms are tastefully renovated and in large part in keeping with the original feel and architectural details of the home.
Check out ideas you could use in any home, like painting the opposite side of a door (like the garden entrance below) in a contrasting shade of paint for a touch of drama when the door is opened. Or, a deep shade of charcoal grey on one wall in a bedroom for effect without the dim atmosphere.
